The scope incorporated a broad range of wellness infrastructure including thermal suites, steam and sauna facilities, hydrotherapy systems, experiential shower zones, hammam environments, and customised treatment rooms. Particular attention was given to mechanical calibration, heat retention performance, humidity management, and concealed service integration to ensure uninterrupted operation within a luxury hospitality setting.

Delivered through close coordination with the project consultants and site teams, the spa environment was developed to achieve both engineering reliability and a refined guest atmosphere.
