Pullman Hotel
Situated within one of the region’s leading hospitality destinations, Pullman sought to enhance its wellness amenities through the refurbishment of its existing sauna and steam facilities. The project was developed to modernise the thermal environments, improve operational efficiency, and elevate the overall guest experience while maintaining harmony with the hotel’s contemporary design language.
Wellness Master was entrusted with the engineering assessment, technical coordination, and execution of the refurbishment works. The scope involved the renovation of both the sauna room and steam room, incorporating upgrades to thermal systems, environmental controls, and key operational components. Particular emphasis was placed on optimising heat retention, humidity regulation, ventilation performance, and system reliability to ensure consistent operation within a demanding hospitality setting. Every intervention was carefully planned to maximise performance while respecting the constraints of the existing infrastructure.
Through a methodical engineering-led approach, Wellness Master successfully transformed the thermal facilities into refreshed wellness environments that combine functionality, durability, and guest comfort.
